- Standing Row (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15R, 15L

- Lateral Raise (12.5 lb. dumbbells) x 15
- Shoulder Press (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15
- Front Raise (12.5 lb. dumbbells) x 15R, 15L
- Rear Raise (15 lb. dumbbells) x 15
- Bicep Curl (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15
- Tricep Kick Back (15 lb. dumbbells) x 15R, 15L
