  • Crunch x 50
  • Leg Extension x 50
  • Bicycle x 50
  • Side Bend (35 lb. dumbbell) 50R, 50L (I USE WATER BOTTLES...)

  • Push Up x 15
  • Chest Fly (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15
  • Chest Press (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15
  • Standing Row (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15R, 15L
  • Upright Row (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15
  • Lateral Raise (12.5 lb. dumbbells) x 15
  • Shoulder Press (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15
  • Front Raise (12.5 lb. dumbbells) x 15R, 15L
  • Rear Raise (15 lb. dumbbells) x 15
  • Bicep Curl (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15
  • Tricep Kick Back (15 lb. dumbbells) x 15R, 15L
  • Concentrated Curl (20 lb. dumbbells) x 15R, 15L
  • Tricep Extension (35 lb. Dumbbell) x 15
